There's no such thing as perfect I hear you say.

True, but I think this stack gets pretty close:

• Go 1.8 HTTP/2 server with push and shutdown and lets encrypt certificates
• JSON Web Tokens (cookie/authorisation)
• SPF from YouTube
• Blackfriday and bluemonday for pages
• Bleve for full text search
• BoltDB for key value store index
• Filesystem for files
• quicktemplate for static HTML templates
• iniflags for config
• bindata and go-bindata-assetfs for JS, CSS, server certificates etc
• interfacer to check you aren't using data instead of an interface
• Go test and benchmark tools using tables, interfaces and mocks
• Selenium for browser testing and user journeys
• BEM, responsive CSS, box model and float layout

Can then deploy via:

• Raspberry Pi
• Docker scratch with no underlying OS for server
• Go mobile for running on iOS and Android
